The name
A boat leaves a wake as it moves forward, and a quill writes. Wakequill writes for its clients every day so their pages keep moving, and the mark is a wake drawn in pixels.

The identity
Deep harbour blues with one signal yellow, used only for the thing to do next: approve, reply, book. Two typefaces were drawn for the brand, Wakequill Sans for reading and Wakequill Pixel for figures and signals.
The site and the app
Every page of the website is its own room with its own colour: a build-your-own-month calculator, plans with launch pricing, a free consultation booking and a page review form.
Clients sign in to the Wakequill app to see the month’s posts, approve them or ask for changes, send photos and message the team, with one thing to look at on each screen. The app runs on the web and is in testing on iOS.
